Assessor Comments
An outstanding line of Angus feeder heifers. There are 168 head in this draft (blue tags) to be sold in two equal lots of 84 as a run out the gate. These heifers were purchased through the autumn and winter as weaners predominately off Auctions plus. Heifers are very well bred with Millah Murrah, Hazeldean, Pine Creek and Bongongo bloodlines. They have been weighed out from 410kg to 500kg full at assessment. Presenting in fresh forward condition these heifers are ideal feeders and have performed well all year on winter crops and improved pastures. They were purchased with the intention to fatten and have not been joined. Heifers are up to date with their animal health treatments and were PTE at assessment for your assurance. Please note, in addition to these 2 lots of blue tag feeder heifers the Tait family have another lot of 72 vendor bred PTE feeder heifers providing the opportunity to put 240 head together.
