Buyers 84 very good quality PCAS eligible Angus X & Charolais X feeder steers. These steers are best described as large frame relative to age & in store condition with buyer expected to see plenty of compensatory gain. Steers show good, bone, length & frame, performing well on grain or grass for previous purchasers. In this lot 40 head were mouthed at assessment with all presenting with milk teeth. At assessment buyers 1 x head with old blue eye scarring & 1 x head that was cut late in April but is a genuine steer being checked at assessment. Overall steers are ideal to go on crop to be finished for grass fed job or go on to grain for short fed program.
