Sensible young calves that were well behaved, and remembered their education from weaning. Only a few calves that showed some anxiety in the yards and wanted to push up the race and get to the lead. Almost all leaving the crush at a walk, and all very sensible out in the paddock to get photos & videos - came when called and walked out for the second video. Very well handled young steers, with great minds to take forward.

***172 Pure Te Mania Blood Steers being sold ROTG*** A cracking line of steers with a heap of scope coming straight off the Oat Crop! Steers with good length and shape, and a reputation for being renowned performers! Sought after heavily by feedlots & purchased by many in-house clients on a repeat basis. Cattle that have the scope to handle any operation and will have no trouble meeting those Feedlot or Export weight ranges. Out of Large Framed Te Mania Cows, by Te Mania sires (See Ext Breed). Cattle with plenty of stand up & frame, presenting in fresh 2 score condition. Rarely, sold in this weight bracket, usually being retained until the Spring, or value added on farm and grown out to meet feedlot spec’s, only offered for sale now due to increased cows calving this time, and wanting to lock some paddocks up for silage. A very good opportunity to secure a B Double, (or 2!) of renowned performing young steers.
