96 Angus & Angus/Shorthorn & BB Heifers. NSM. June/Sept 2024 Drop, Dollar Angus, Pathfinder & Chiltern Park Blood. Majority of these heifers were purchased locally on farm from the Aitken Family at Mt Napier, heifers were also purchased in the Mortlake and Ballarat June store sales. These heifers have the capability of getting seriously heavy, beautfully boned cattle. Never seen a bull. Perfect heifers to feed for export weights. Heifers walked 7 kms to yards before weighing and curfewed 6 hours hence the 2.5% curfew. Devondale also has 56 Vendor bred steers & 44 Non Vendor Bred Feeder Steers in this sale.
