Buyers, here is a 3 deck line of very good quality steers with all the hard work done. These steers come from a herd based mostly on top quality Rosevale Santa Gertrudis genetics. The Wippell family invest heavily into these genetics insuring to secure top quality sires focusing on high growth traits, structural correctness and temperament. These steers come from a herd with a very strong reputation for performance on grass, crop or grain. These steers present in a 111kg weight bracket, they have a LWR of 286kg to 397kg and averaged weight of 319.9kg at assessment. They are in strong store condition and will power ahead once given the opportunity on quality feed. These steers would ideally be suited to background to heavy feeder or slaughter weights. This is a regretful sale due to dry seasonal conditions. They have been in a rotational grazing system since weaning and are a pleasure to handle both in the yards and the paddock.
