Vendor Disclaimer / Warranty
Bull Guarantee Whiteline guarantees that any bull proving structurally unsound, infertile, or incapable of service within 6 months of the sale date will be: • Replaced with a satisfactory substitute (if available), or • Issued a credit or refund equal to the purchase price, less salvage value. The guarantee covers the purchase value only, excluding interest, costs, or damages. It applies provided the bull’s incapacity is not due to injury or disease contracted after leaving the sale. A veterinary certificate must be supplied by the purchaser upon request. Genetics • Any semen offered in the sale is stored at Nationwide Artificial Breeders, Noorat. • Collection and freight are the responsibility of the purchaser and can be coordinated with the vendor. Health Treatments • All animals have tested negative for Pestivirus. • Bulls have been vaccinated with Vibrovax, Pestigard, and 7‑in‑1. • Females have been vaccinated with Pestigard and 7‑in‑1. • Annual boosters are recommended to maintain protection. Insurance & Delivery • All live lots remain on‑farm during the sale. • Lots become the buyer’s responsibility at sale close. • Purchasers must arrange collection within 10 days of sale closure unless alternative arrangements are made with the vendor or agent. • Buyers are strongly encouraged to arrange injury insurance for bulls or appropriate cover for all livestock purchases.
