alluvial river flats transitioning to undulating softwood scrub country. This varied topography supports 204* hectares of flood irrigation, 161* hectares
of dryland Leucaena, 216* hectares of irrigated Leucaena, and 427* hectares of improved pastures; demonstrating operational flexibility across cropping
and livestock enterprises.
Acacia’s cropping credentials are exceptional, with recent cotton production averaging an impressive 14.18 bales per hectare in 2024 and 13.99 bales in
2025. Current flood-irrigated areas are planted to sorghum and is being stored as silage in on farm silage pits, highlighting agronomic versatility.
The livestock infrastructure represents best-practice design, featuring 12 subdivided irrigated Leucaena cells with dual watering points enabling efficient
rotational grazing. Improved grazing country comprises established Buffel, Green Panic, and Rhodes grasses. Addtionally, Acacia also has an approved
suspended 1,000 head feedlot licence (approvals in data room).
Modern operational facilities include new ProWay cattle yards (2019), three purpose-built pens (2020), two Ahrens silos (132* tonne combined capacity),
and two 1,200* tonne silage pits currently holding 2,300* tonnes of sorghum silage. All infrastructure occupies elevated positions ensuring year-round
accessibility critical for uninterrupted operations in this premium agricultural corridor.
