Offering a good run of Kelso (composite) wether lambs that present as a great opportunity to shear and finish into an exceptional trade or export market. Lambs were all individually weighed, with a second group of 380 lambs also available in this sale, to put 4-decks together. A small tail of lambs less than 30.5kg are being retained by the vendor. Lambs offer the following: • Vendor bred • July/August drop • Top of the drop, weighed into a tight group averaging 43.6kg live weight at assessment • Low weight: 40kg; high weight: 50kg • Weaned (October) • Lambs are from an Ovine Brucellosis Accreditation Scheme. Lambs have done well, considering relatively tight seasonal conditions.
