A TOP QUALITY LINE OF 120 MERINO POLL DORSET X LAMBS. LAMBS ARE MAR/APR '25 DROP AND ARE STILL RUNNING WITH MOTHERS AND WILL BE WEANED ONTO THE TRUCK. LAMBS ARE OUT OF MEDIUM TO LARGE FRAME EGELABRA BLOOD MERINO EWES AND SIRED BY QUALITY MAROCARA POLL DORSET RAMS. LAMBS WERE TREATED WITH EXTINOSAD A WEEK PRIOR TO ASSESSMENT AS MOTHERS WERE SHORN AND TREATED ALSO. LAMBS HAVE REALLY DONE WELL OVER THE PAST FEW WEEKS AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO IF GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY. LAMBS ARE GRAIN TRAINED. ODD LAMB STILL CARRIES A TAIL FROM LAMB MARKING AND I WOULD EXPECT MOST IF NOT ALL TO HAVE DROPPED OFF PRIOR TO DELIVERY. VENDOR ALSO HAS ANOTHER 180 LAMBS OF THE SAME BREEDING IN THE SAME SALE TO MAKE UP 300 LAMBS OF THE SAME BREED, AGE AND MARK. A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO GET HOLD OF SOME TOP QUALITY LAMBS THAT YOU CAN TAKE HOME AND DO A JOB WITH. AT ASSESSMENT LAMBS HAD A WERIGHT RANGE OF 29-47kg TO AVG 37.9kg.
