Assessor Comments
Annual draft of good quality well bred 1-st cross mixed store lambs, Shorn up and presenting in great forward store condition. Lambs are sired by high indexing Yasloc Poll Dorset / Suffolk Composite Rams. Lambs had been on a lite daily ration of barley from weaning on the 01/03 to shearing on the 22/03 then placed on grain feeder ever since with unlimited access. A lighter tail has been removed at assessment, 61 lambs weighed out of the mob of 138 to Avg 40.5 kg full at assessment. Please note a very small amount of lambs with scur, Lambs are up to date with their animal health with recently having had a Startect drench and Glanvac 6 in 1 vaccine. This lot of shorn store lambs are an ideal article to go on to a crop, continue on bins in the paddock or go straight in to a Feedlot situation to finish for the domestic or export lamb markets. Quality fresh forward presenting store lambs not to be missed.
