Lambs were weaned early due to very tight autumn and have responded with very positive weight gains.
Assessor Comments
Top of the drop PD x suckers 100% individually weighed 34kg and above. All weaned for 6 weeks and performing well after a tough start. Sired by Valley Vista & Hillden Poll Dorset rams these lambs are showing good carcass characteristics. Lambs are normally finished through to heavy trade weights but being offered due to tight winter. Lambs were all market crutched, drenched and vaccinated the day after assessment so buyers can purchase with confidence.
