Assessor Comments
Vendor has used top Blyth Merino Genetics for the past 3 years and ceased mulesing 2 years ago. Lambs represent entire wether portion of this drop with a 5% tail removed. They present with a keyhole crutch, in strong store condition with a great rebate on their back. Last years 8-9 month olds cut 2.5-3kg of 16 micron wool, yielding 72%. Lambs right up to date with all animal health treatments which includes 2 x GlanEry Vaccines & a Zolvix Plus drench. This line of wether's will be powering ahead on the lucerne pastures & getting cereal hay supplement up till delivery. Potential purchasers please note that the lambs have been handled in & out of the yards for 2 days prior to assessment for crutching, so I suggest the weights in assessment are fairly empty weights and once settled in their new home, they will fill up and steam ahead.
