A great opportunity to purchase the top draft of the Glenwood Merino Stud wether lambs. They are August/September 2025 drop, pure Glenwood SRS blood, weaned a week ago from assessment date. They will be offered as 2 lots of 510 head a run out the gate with a tail of 12% removed. These lambs have been bred for muscle, growth, fat cover and skin type. They have been recently drenched and will be weaned for up to 2 weeks come auction day allowing them to hit the ground running. The two lots totalling 1020 will be offered as halves in auction as a run out the gate delivery. A good line of plain bodied lambs that would be ideal to shear and fatten into trade or export markets.
25 head had slightly longer horns from being marked a little later as they came out of the stud ewes. Note 20% approximately were slightly weepy in the eyes from dust and long grass where they have been grazing but didn’t affect their eye sight. Very odd lamb with dag or stain around tail.
