Lochs Farming is selling a nice even draft of Sept/Oct store lambs. Predominantly Nudie sired out of either Nudie/Composite or Nudie ewes (composite shedders). 600 in the run, a neat semi load.
Coming from a 7000+ head ewe flock Lochs is at the forefront of Nudie breeding, investing heavily in AI and performance recording. By Lochs Nudie sires, with focused genetic selections on high growth, EMD and Fat, with a flock that has weaned 150% lambs to ewes joined in the past four years.
Nudie lambs are unshorn, with a varying level of shedding. Vast majority bare bellied/breech or better. The 5% comp/terminals were shorn Jan 20. They are primed to quickly reach the lucrative trade/export winter markets.
Approximately 15% with tails, predominantly better shedders, not considered detrimental.
Lambs were drenched with Zolvix and given booster vaccine 3 weeks prior to assessment.
