THESE LAMBS ARE BY PORTADEAN POLL DORSET RAMS OUT OF LARGE FRAME RETALLACK BLOOD 1ST X BORDER LEICESTER EWES . THESE LAMBS ARE NORMALLY GROWN OUT FOR THE SUPERMARKET OR EXPORT TRADE , BUT THE DRY CONDITIONS HAVE NOT ALLOWED THE CROP TO GROW . THEY WOULD GO AHEAD QUICKLY ON THE RIGHT FEED .THIS LINE REPRESENTS THE LEADING 50% OF THE DROP . ALL THE HARD WORK IS DONE WITH THESE LAMBS BEING JANUARY SHORN .
