A good line of NSM Vendor bred ewes to keep breeding from or process, majority being 6.5 year old. 97% of ewes assessed were Poll. These ewes had lambs weaned off them 2 weeks ago some still making milk. Big majority of ewes had sound udders, odd one had bottle teat, some ewes had scale on ears or missing ear, typical for their age. Vendor estimated there could be up to 30 of the ewes that are 2014 drop, balance March/April 2015 drop. Any of the 2014 drop ewes that came through to be assessed were equally sound in the mouth, however their body weight was below the average.
Given the right opportunity these ewes will go onto breed you a very good lamb of your choice.
