" Dispersal " Brookleigh Park is offering a final rare opportunity, dispersing of their Yellow Tag Jun/Jul 2021 Drop Merino Ewes. Owner has been concentrating on using SWM Superior Wool Merino genetics for approx the last 9 years. Ewes are majority large frame and presenting in store/forward store condition with lambs only recently being weaned off on the last week of August. Assessment weight averaging 67.6kg. This age group lambed at 137 % (Percentage calculated with dries in which have since been removed and sold). Udders typical of older age ewes, we removed anything obvious but with lambs only recently weaned, it was a little hard to detect every fault. Small proportion of ewes would benefit from foot pairing/trimming if going into wetter/sandy areas. Some ewes displaying long/shelly toes, please refer to photos as an example. Brookleigh Park will offer 3 lines in this sale, their 2021, 2022, and 2023 drop ewes. Genuine dispersal sale and great opportunity to purchase quality bred, high production commercial merino ewes
