Assessor Comments
Offering 300 F1 Nudie/Composite SIL ewe lambs at 157% to commence lambing the start of August to low birth weight Banquet Southdown/White Suffolk rams. These future breeders were purposely purchased directly off Cashmore Park to grow out and join reoffer as SIL ewe lambs. These ewe lambs have not been anywhere near any other sheep since been purchased to keep their biosecurity status. These ewe lambs have done well to join and scan a high percentage at a young age and will lamb down at 11-12 months of age. They are holding extremely good maternal and carcass traits and are in tip top condition and will only improve in the next few weeks and lamb down as good robust breeders with years of high production to come. A ideal line of young F1 productive ewes that are breed out of demoted stud Cashmore composite ewes and sired by Cashmore nudie rams that are greater than -1 on the shedding and are in lamb to top end Banquet Southdown/white Suffolk rams which will produce a high-quality trade or export lamb. To be sold in 2 even lots of 150.
