Buyers, on offer is a quality line of 165 (2 x 165) Border Leicester X Merino SIL Ewe Lambs. Ewes are SIL to Poll Dorset sires. Ewes represent the lead draft of the Burst 1st X ewe lambs and were selected on type at joining with none retained. Ewes are a late April/May 2025 drop and show excellent growth and development for age given the tough seasonal conditions experienced around the Boorowa area of late. Ewe lambs are sired by Killarney & Normanhurst BL sires whereby emphasis is placed on growth and carcass and are out of large framed Merino ewes sourced from Western NSW. Ewe lambs have been running on lucerne pastures with supplementary access to feeders in the paddock. Ewe lambs present in a fresh forward condition, ideal to commence lambing mid-late May for 6 weeks (please read joining details). Ewes are Gudair vaccinated**. Please note, all ewes have been crutched. To be sold 'run-out-the-gate' if split. Vendor has further 70hd of earlier lambers in same sale.
