Assessor Comments
SIL Yellow tag 2021 drop ewes, prime breeders in excellent condition and on the rise further following recent rains. This lot is complete drop of ewes purchased off local family in 2022 when vendor transitioned to Dorper's. The flock they were purchased from have excellent genetic base of Dust n Rain, Burrawang and Bellevue Dorpers and were classed in. Ewes have been scanned each year and wet and dried so proven breeders with very very sound mouths. Only 2 head that were mouthed showed slight gap at top of middle teeth. Ewes in this condition and this age would expect a very high % of lambs, they were just a little late to multiple scan with accuracy but scanner noted many multiple's were coming through the box. Scanner noted ewes were on average 100-110 days in lamb. NO MULTIPLE FETUS EWES REMOVED -COMPLETE DROP. A number of ewes, ~ 30-40% showed baggy udders from weaners being removed a few months ago. Any odd udders noticed were removed.
