Buyers, on offer is an excellent line of classed in, vendor bred SIL Merino Ewes encompassing over 20 years of Bogo blood breeding. Ewes are part of a regrettable sale whereby the vendor is having to sell their breeding nucleus due to management and seasonal conditions. 100% of these ewes are SIL to multiple foetuses to Bogo Merinos. The vendor places meticulous emphasis when both selecting sires and classing yearly with Bogo Stud Master, Mal Peake, on the MerinoSelect SMHR Index. Over the past 8 years, particular selection has been placed on structural confirmation (in particular feet), number of lambs weaned, clean fleece weight and wrinkle score (particularly breech wrinkle). Note must be made of these sheep only ever receiving a Clik treatment or similar product as lambs whereby if found struck as an adult, are culled out of the breeding mob, proving testament to their quality of breeding and care free nature.
