Assessor Comments
A good quality line of very well bred FX maiden ewes, that are growing out nicely on breeding country, which will develop rapidly into their breeding potential, given the opportunity to access country more suited to fattening. These maiden ewes are by carefully selected LYNWOOD Border Leicester rams, over good framed BUNGULLA Merino ewes, & are displaying good length & stretch, with excellent conformation, particularly around the top-line & pasterns. They are presenting in fresh condition, having been recently shorn, & with continued access to quality feed, these ewes are on track to attain ideal maturity, weight & condition suitable for an Autumn joining. These ewes come highly recommended, & will surely compliment any prime lamb breeding operation. Ewes have been mulesed for years of increased ease of management. A great opportunity to secure very well bred young ewes, to top up breeder numbers or replace old ewes, at favourable change-over rates. 25% tail drafted out pre-assessment
