Ewes are a genuine line of classed replacement breeders, ewes would traditionally be joined to lamb this Spring. Ewes are NSM. Ewes are Sept/Oct 2024 drop, presenting in forward store to fresh condition. Ewes are principally (80%) Nerstane Blood purchasing Rams from the Nerstane Ram sale for the past 30 years, Boxmoor Merino blood is the only other bloodlines introduced into the breeding program. Ewes are June 2026 shorn, being shorn @ 9 months, cutting 4.05kg. Ewes are bred from a self replacing breeding program averaging between 17.4 - 17.9 micron as a flock average. Ewes have grain imprinted/trained to feeding being supplemented a trail fed grain ration twice a week. Sale of ewes presents purchasers with a rare opportunity to purchase a genuine line of 1 mark vendor bred young breeding ewes, to take on & join to ram of choice & retain as future breeding ewes.
