MULLENGUDGERY OFFERING A GOOD LINE OF MAIDEN MERINO EWES. THEY PRESENT IN FORWARD CONDITION THANKS TO AN NOTABLE TURN AROUND IN THE SEASONAL CONDITIONS. THE MOXHAM FAMILY HAVE BRED QUALITY MERINOS AS A STUD SINCE 1923. NOTED FOR THE ABILITY TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF GROWTH, FERTILITY, HARDINESS AND WOOL PRODUCTION. THE LEAD OF THE WETHER LAMBS FROM THEIR FEEDLOT AVERAGED TOPPED AT $267 AT 6 MONTHS OF AGE. 8% TAIL TAKEN OUT OF THESE EWES BEFORE ASSESSMENT. THE FLOCK ESTIMATED AS 90% POLLED FLOCK. AS MENTIONED THERE ARE EWES WITH TAGS DEPICTING RAM BREEDER GROUPS. THE MOXHAM FAMILY WILL ALSO OFFER 465 SIMILAR EWES AT WAHROONGA IN THE SAME SALE. IN THE PRESENT MARKET YOUNG MERINO EWES COULD STILL BE ONE OF THE BEST INVESTMENTS IN AGRICULTURE TODAY.
