NICE LINE OF MEDIUM FRAMED 4YO MERINO EWES WITH FRESH WHITE SUFFOLK LAMBS AT FOOT. EWES ARE IN STORE CONDITION BUT DOING A GOOD JOB ON THE LAMBS. LAMBS ARE MOSTLY 2-4 WEEKS OLD AND ARE UNMARKED. A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO BUY EWES WITH A FULL JACKET AND NICE LAMBS AT FOOT THAT ARE PRIMED TO GROW INTO THE SPRING.
ONLY BEING OFFERED PRIOR TO SHEARING DUE TO EARLY BUD BURST IN THE VINEYARD. EWES APPEARED TO BE UNMULESED BUT ODD EWE MAY HAVE A LIGHT TAIL STRIP. ODD EWE NOTED WITH LONGER TOES THAT COULD DO WITH TRIMMING WHEN SHORN BUT NO EWES APPEARED LAME WHEN ASSESSED. MOUTHED A FEW WHILE WEIGHING AND ALL HAD GOOD SOUND FULL MOUTHS. IDEAL MOB TO TRADE IF YOU HAVE A PADDOCK OF FEED! MARK THE LAMBS, SHEAR THE EWES AND WATCH THEM PUT ON WEIGHT. EWES WERE NOT SCANNED SO THERE ARE SOME WITHOUT A LAMB OR HAVE LOST A LAMB. OFFERED ON $HEAD BASIS FOR EWES WITH LAMBS THROWN IN. MOVED AROUND VINEYARD REGULARLY SO ARE EASY TO HANDLE AND DISPLAY EXCELLENT MOTHERING ATTRIBUTES.
