Heifers handled quite well in the yards with only a few ring leaders that tend to trot about a bit. In the crush the heifers were reasonably quiet considering they were being preg tested. Generally a well handled line of heifers out of the gulf that are best handled in a quiet manner. Odd heifer has the ability to fizz a bit if isolated.

A line of Charbray/Brahman heifers that are PTIC to the Charbray bulls. These will suit restockers looking to rebuild breeder numbers. There are 8 decks of these with 224 in the run and are offered in two lots with delivery to be a run of the gate into two even lines. Buyers note there are also 4 decks Brahman heifers being offered in the sale if a buyer is looking to put a decent sized line together. All offered delivered and clear of the ticks at Cloncurry on Tuesday for collection on Wednesday.
