Assessor Comments
A very good line of mixed age PTIC Charolais cows with the majority recorded with Charolais Society. They have great frame and structure with 4 red and 6 blue tags. As mentioned Glenlea Beef would be interested in having first option to purchase the male progeny (and females) at market premium prices at weaning. They have had good fresh calves weaned mid-February (photos prior to weaning included) and continue to put on condition with fresh feed in front of them. There is one cow that has signs of photosynthesis on her side in 2 place and in the photos. One cow has a blue eye and is shown in photos. They have been good mothers and are definitely a good representation of the breed.
