Typical Northern station bred cattle that flowed extremely well through the yards with minimal pressure needed, heifers have had plenty of experience up a race, including weaning, trucking, weighing and assessing. If they rush through the yards they can be blocked up very quickly. 8% did become agitated with in the crush but once back with the mob they calm almost instantly.

154 Brahman Composite Future Breeder Heifers, that have been VET PTIC 2 - 6months to Ultrablack and Brangus Bulls. Heifers are 16% vendor bred and 84% purchased heifers, all from Northern/Western Qld and have been running at "Rainmore" Alpha which is in clean country. Heifers were a pleasure to handle, flowed very well through the yards. The cow herds are of a Brahman base but several breeds of bulls have been used over the years aiming at fallback types with hybrid vigour. Great line of females that would suit any breeding herd or calve down and trade. Vets comment that the vast majority would be 2-5 months in calve a very tight joining. Approx 6 heifers have recovered fly scare also 2 hd with warts, 2hd with blue/cloudy eyes and 1hd HGP Treated. As not all brands were visible approx 6hd branded #0 or #2 with the balance #1.
