The Gooramadda herd has invested heavily in genetics and data collection to produce one of the North East’s finest commercial Angus herds. These young steers have weight for age, beautiful skin and hair that you want in Angus cattle, while being backed up with a comprehensive animal health program (inc Bovilis x2) Post weaning steers have been paddocked on short green pick with grass hay. Last 50 days cattle have had access to Irwin’s grain free Optimiser pellet in same paddock. Damaged eyes would pass feedlot entry protocols.

P303 has been a very successful donor for us and is a prolific egg producer, averaging over nine eggs per flush conventional. Her eleven sons that have gone through the sale have consistently featured in our top pens. P303 is the most impressive cow in the flesh showing phenomenal capacity, consistent with Premier Guardian and the renowned Premier Jestress H66 cow in her paternal pedigree. Her eggs raised $5050 each by Rob and Tania Jarret in 2022 at the Molong Flood Charity Auction and we raised over $20,000 for flood victims in all.
