Busy few weeks for these girls, trucked in from another property, then brought in again to be preg tested, then again to be assessed. A few of them had had enough, and were understandably showing some anxious/stirry behaviour, jumping about in the crush. Run under station type conditions in large paddocks, and large mobs. However, not inclined to run away when you drive up to them, just standing and watching, very sensible in the yards, just had enough of the crush for the time being.

Stylish little line of young, rising 2 year old heifers, purchased out of the front lane at the Myrtleford feature weaner sale in 2022, given appropriate time to grow out and then joined to L.B.W, early gestation Ardrossan bulls for a late Autumn calving. Alpine Angus blood females that were selected for softness & maternal attributes. Please take in to your adjustments that these girls have had a busy couple of weeks, and some have dropped a fat score after being trucked from another property, Preg tested and then run back through the yards a 3rd time for assessing. These healthy young females will go forward on delivery by just letting them settle down
