A fantastic opportunity here to get hold of some great genetics. Garras Angus is offering 23 x 23 young cows and calves ranging from 1st - 3rd calvers. There is 4 1st calved heifers, 8 2nd calvers and 11 3rd calvers, with spring drop A.I calves at foot 3 - 4 months old. Garras Angus are increasing their stud numbers on the farm so these young commercial outfits with most of their breeding lives still ahead of them have to go to make room. Garras Angus has had a main focus over the last 10 years with leading well known A.I sires over their herd and has principally focused on No 1 being Fertility, Performance and Temperament. These young cows are sired by Landfall Keystone, Musgrave Mediator, Te mania Emperor and Baldridge Command. The calves are also A.I sired by Tehama Patriarch, Raven Powerball and Sitz Stellar. All young cows with nice young neat udders under them. Quiet, medium framed cows that worked well through the yards with no fuss. Cows not re joined and cycling nicely.
