Cows are store to backward store condition. Given these cows are young & energetic they will handle travelling long distance, with regular 800 km spells. May require dipping at Richmond/Julia Creek if crossing the tick line, therefore would require a spell the same day. Recommended loading next day after dip. All have been on trucks as weaners over 800 km so are familiar with transporting.

Cows are nervous & anxious in the yards as a mob. They are sensitive to small amounts of pressure & have a long flight zone but are generally not agressive. They require experienced handlers especially with brahman cattle recommended. In the head bale when caught all showed anxiety. In the paddock on vehicle inspection cows generally settled. except for a few silly leaders, cows generally settled once reunited with calf after processing. Not pound drafted. Always exposed to helicopter mustering.

First calf heifers & cows with 100% calves at foot. Cows av 306kg & 56kg brahman calves. Cows display potential to continue to grow out on good pasture. 100% display hump. Generally fair bone & fair confirmation across the mob. 100% vendor bred. 10 cow/calf units discounted by $500 Hd off the price paid, for poorer Quality tail & faults in mob & 1 tiny woody calf. COW Colour: 28% honey, 15% red, 20% grey & 29% black brindle & 8% brown . CALF Colour: 61% red/honey, 31% grey, 8% other. This mob are in store condition & with improved body condition will present much tidier. Vendors mature cows avg 220kg & over when fat. Mob where agitated in yards due to temperament & numerous handlings in yard. would respond well to a stock person who has the time to re-educate these cows with dogs or good handling practises. The cows are retrainable with time and persistence. Generally not aggressive types that are intensionally wanting to attack, more nervous and have collected some undesirable habits.

These heifers are typically not replacement style heifers in our herd, they have calved due to unanticipated bull exposure. They are nervous/anxious in and out of yards, usually mustered with helicopter & bikes. Sale due to depleting feed.
