Assessor Comments
A good line of 50 x 50 Grey Brahman cows and calves are on offer. Cows are medium frame and are in store condition. Cows have continuously been running with bulls so some cows could be back in calf. They would be ideal units to fatten on soft feed and split with the cows putting everything into their calves. The calves are in fresh condition with an average weight of 110kgs. These calves will impress buyers with their great growth protentional. Noted at assessment there was one cow with a old lower foot injury that does not affect her ability to walk and some cows with long toes. Some cows had lumps on the neck due to prior injections. They have been great breeders for the vendor with very good temperament and will produce a quality calf. The "Yanna" cattle always achieve great sale results when selling in the open market due to the quality of cattle produced. Vendor has another 4 lots in same sale.
