Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Pastoral bred cows that are easy to handle throughout the yards, race & crush requiring steadying & respect in each aspect yard work or drafting & weighing. Cows that move freely yet settle in the mob. If isolated or unduely provoked some cows show eagerness to move and became aggressive yet with sensible handling this is managed and the cows behave accordingly.

Assessor Comments
Santa & Santa cross pastoral bred cows station preg tested NDP. Good medium to med/larger frame cows in store condition. The Marqua cows are the Atkin Cattle Co breeding herd supplying progeny into a family operated feedlot operation with significant industry acclaimed slaughter data and leading performance results offering a good opportunity to secure fertile proven breeders with strong progeny data and Santa Gertrduis genetics. Annually treated for lice, botulism & lepto. I would recommended the purchaser consider their preferential preparation & spell accordingly. 12 cows with a down hip, 4 cows with rub marks from trucking and hair loss. 3 calves at foot - selling the cows giving the calves in. 1 cow with a high tail., 3 cows with old blue eyes.
