These heifers were a pleasure to handle through the yards and paddock. They were easily mustered and walked straight into the yards. A small number of cows become slightly stirry when pressured in force however when returned to mob they soon returned to a calm state. The calves were quick through the yards however this was the 1st time they had been handled and by the end of the day a great improvement in the weaners was noticed. With further handling they will calm very quickly.

Assessor Comments
Buyers here presents an opportunity to acquire a great line of young heifers and calves that have got there whole life ahead of them. These heifers have calved through winter and considering the season have done an excellent job on the large calves on them. Considering the lack of handling these cows were a pleasure to muster and draft and will only improve with further handling. Although light in condition these heifers have plenty of frame and given the opportunity on good feed they will grow out to excellent big cows. Of the calves there were 16 Bull calves and 9 Heifers. 1 heifers calf died at approximately 2 months of age therefore 26x25 are offered. Buyers please take not that there will be a $1000 deduction on the 1 cow without a calf. They are a great line of young heifers that have got their whole life ahead of them and are sure to impress buyers.
