Heifers were very easy to handle in a very good set of yards. Considering they were preg tested the day before they stood up on the scales very well. Noted approx. 4 that tend to trot about a bit in the bigger yards. Most of these did resent being mouthed which is normal behavior for most cattle.

Buyers a deck load of purchased heifers that had the opportunity to a Carabar Angus bull but have been preg tested NON DETECTABLE by a vet. These heifers were weighed after being in the yards from 3pm the day before that also included being pregnancy tested. They did have access to water and some hay overnight. Restocker fattening opportunity to take up to heavier weights for domestic feedlot entry weights. They were all mouthed as milk tooths. Breed and age assessment is an estimate only due to these being purchased heifers at the commencement of 2021 out of Dalby Saleyards. Please note there are also an additional 30 heifers that are PTIC also available in this sale that could be used to fill a truck.
