THE SLIGHTLY STIRRY COWS IN THE CRUSH SETTLED ONCE BACK IN THE MOB. IN THE YARDS THE SLIGHTLY STIRRY COWS BECAME UNSETTLED WHEN PRESSURE WAS APPLIED. THE AGGRESSIVE COW WILL COME OUT OF THE MOB AND ATTACK. THESE COWS ARE FREE MOVING THROUGH THE YARDS. GOOD STOCK HANDLING PRACTICES REQUIRED.

AN OPPORTUNITY TO BUY A LINE OF FIRST CALF HEIFERS PREG TESTED NOT DETECTABLE IN CALF THAT WOULD SUIT RESTOCKERS WANTING TO BUILD NUMBERS. THESE YOUNG FEMALES CAN BE JOINED TO A BULL OF YOUR CHOICE OR FATTENED TO EXPORT WEIGHTS. THE COWS RANGED FROM 358 TO 508 KG AT ASSESSMENT & ARE SHOWING THE SIGNS OF HAVING THE BIGGER CALVES AT FOOT, WITH THE CALVES RANGING FROM 188 TO 336 KG & ARE NOT MARKED. HALF THE CALVES COULD BE WEANED ON ARRIVAL. OF THE COWS HANDLED THERE WERE 2 COWS WITH BUFFALO FLY SORES ON THE NECK. BUFFALO FLY WERE STILL PRESENT AT ASSESSMENT. VENDOR HAS ANOTHER MOB OF 113X113 COWS & CALVES SAME SALE.
