A great line of PTIC Angus cows, all 3rd calvers, Western District Bred, PTIC to "Holmwood" Angus Bulls to Commence Calving nice and early on February 2.
The Cows are all one drop, Secured at the Ballarat feature angus heifer sale in Feburary 2022 and joined in April 2022. These cows have had 2 calves and their second calves were weaned on Tuesday November 26, the same day they were scanned in calf by the Vet. They present in forward and mainly fat condition having done a great job on their second calves.
The only reason these are being offered for sale is the vendor is moving from a breeding operation to a backgrounding operation.
The cows are right in their prime and the number offered is a full B- Double load, keeping freight costs down.
They are quiet and easy to handle. The Holmwood bulls used to join the cows are top class and the vendor advises that the bulls had all the cows in calf after 5-6 weeks, enhancing the likelihood of a short calving period. Suit discerning Buyers.
