31 1st Calf heifers presenting in strong store condition with a live weight average at assessment of 411kg curfewed. Angus sired CAF 3 to 5 mths averaging 146kg curfewed. Running back to Gates Angus bull since early July.
Heifers are rearing good quality calves that all present as 100% Angus 21 Steers and 10 Heifers.
three cows observed with blemishes in single eye and one with blemishes in two eyes.
Heifers have really started to respond after a flush in the season six weeks ago and should continue to go forward given the right opportunities.
