The Temperament in this whole herd was outstanding, Heifers through to cows are all very well handled and are very responsive to dogs. The whole herd has been through the yards two to three times in the past 5 weeks and handled the assessment processes with no fuss, agitation or aggression.

The Breeding program of the Tindal family started 40 years ago at "Yandooya" with a simply Goal to supply quality bred feeder steers that would suit and preform in a long fed Angus Program. To achieve this Fertility was a key to have in the female herd, a one chance policy has always been the motto at Yandooya. Other key focuses have been Growth, IMF, EMA, Birth Weight and Docility. A nucleus of carefully selected females from AI sires from America and Australia make up the back bone of this self replacing herd that produce their own sires and females, The Rennylea G918 and the Bridgewater Franklin P061 bulls have been key genetic lines used in the herd. Cows are due on their third calf to start calving mid to late August. Quality EU Angus females that Ooze Softness, Stretch & Femininity.
