Very well handled cows that worked well through the yards. the odd cow didnt like being mouthed but otherwise they all stood on scales well and were a pleasure to assess.

A nice line of productive commercial angus and angus x cows. the herd originated from a heifer trade in 2018 they have since produced a calf every year. This is the complete herd from kongoola as the vendors have decided to move away from having a breeding herd themselves. Genuine 5.5 year old cows offered for sale, cows were joined for 9 weeks to a commercial hazeldean angus bull. The calves off these cows topped at $1460 to average $1215 in the middle of April. Animal health is a high priority for the management of the Kongoola herd and no expense has been spared.
