HEIFERS WERE QUITE GOOD TO HANDLE IN THE YARDS THEY DRAFTED OFF FROM THEIR CALVES AND WENT THROUGH THE RACE AND YARDS WITH EASE. THE ODD HEIFER DID BECOME AGITATED WHEN SEPERATED HOWEVER ONCE THEY WERE BACK IN THE MOB THEY SETTLED DOWN QUICKLY.

THESE HEIFERS WERE ORIGINALLY PURCHASED FROM NANGWARRY PASTORAL - SOUTH AUSTRALIA WHO HAVE BEEN CAREFULLY SELECTING LAWSON GENETICS FOR THE PAST 21 YEARS WITH A STRONG FOCUS ON GROWTH AND FERTILITY. THESE MEDIUM FRAME HEIFERS PRESENT IN STRONG STORE CONDITION HAVING ALL CALVED UNASSISTED AND ARE DOING A FANTASTIC JOB ON THERE JULY/AUG DROP CALVES. A RARE OPPORTUNITY TO SECURE WELL BRED YOUNG ANGUS FEMALES THAT WILL CONTINUE TO GROW INTO AN EXCELLENT LINE OF BREEDERS. NOTE - CALVES DO NOT HAVE NLIS TAGS BUT WILL BE TAGGED PRIOR TO LOADING
