Young Angus females in light condition given the tight winter, but to there credit still looking after calves well. With improving seasonal conditions cattle will bounce quickly off a low base. Innisfail and Connamara Angus bulls (recognised local breeders) were depastured 1st June to 20th August. While pregnancy status unknown I took the time to check for signs of females bulling (no hair off tail or pin bones). 5 White on udder, 1 eye with scarring and some damage, 4 females with crack in toe or longish toe nail.
