A QUALITY LINE OF CHAROLAIS CROSS P.T.I.C HEIFERS TO QUALITY DULVERTON ANGUS BULLS. HEIFERS ARE EASY DOING TYPES OF FEMALES THAT OOZE STRETCH, THICKNESS, FEMININITY AND OVER ALL DO-ABILITY THAT STAND ON GREAT BONE AND SHOULD CONTINUE TO GROW IN TO LARGE FRAME FEMALES. HEIFERS WERE PURPOSELY PURCHASED TO JOIN, THIS LINE OF OF FEMALES WERE THE TOP WEIGHTS THAT WERE JOINED FIRST TO A DULVERTON ANGUS BULL SUITABLE TO GO OVER HEIFERS. HALF OF THESE FEMALES WERE PURCHASED FROM HEIFER STATION FROM GRAFTON WHICH ARE WELL KNOW BREEDERS OF GREAT QUALITY CROSSBRED CATTLE FROM A BASE OF F1 BRAHMAN / HEREFORD FEMALES BY THE MINNE VALE CHAROLAIS BULLS. THE OTHER HEIFERS IN THIS LINE WERE PURCHASED FROM THE GRAFTON AND DALBY SALE YARDS AND ARE FROM A SIMILAR BREEDING. HEIFERS WERE PREGNANCY TESTED RED AND BLUE TAGS AND ARE DUE TO APPROXIMATELY START CALVING FROM AUGUST ONWARDS FOR 12 WEEKS. A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF HEIFERS NOTICED TO HAVE AN OLD INJECTION LUMP ON SIDE OF BODY.
