Cows move well through the yards and respond to pressure. Some cows in the group do tend to move away quicker than others in the yards and tend to agitate in the weigh box. The cows were fine to handle in a calm manner and drafted off the calves with ease.

A quality line of 11 x 11 Aug/ Sep 2020 Drop Bongongo Blood Angus Cows. The cows are medium to large frame and in forward condition and performing well on fresh pastures. The cows are thick, deep females that would be suitable to re join immediately. Showing great length and thickness the cows are doing a great job on their 2nd calf. The calves a quality group and show excellent weight for age, muscling and structure. This group of cows responded favourably to calm handling in the yards and presented well for photos and assessment.
The calves have been vaccinated and tagged, bull calves have not been marked yet. Birroon Pastoral tag steers with ‘Yellow’ management tags heifers with ‘Red’ tags.
