Assessor Comments
A good line of spring 2020 Drop PTIC Cows and Calves. Medium to large framed Cows that will mature into good quality commercial cows. This group primarily consists of cows bought from Toolanaga Pastoral in SW Vic. An opportunity to take advantage of the seasonal break in the South and purchase young PTIC breeders with 210kg calves at foot. Calves are marked and ready to take on. PTIC to Bongongo Sires to commence calving in early July for 90 days. The cows and calves are running on improved country and are being supplemented with DDG pellets to train the calves to feeding. Of the 43 cows, 38 are PTIC and 5 were tested non detectable. Due to the proximity of scanning to joining, the 5 dry cows could still be in calf.
Buyers please note: PM Properties will offer another 2 lots of PTIC Cows and Calves and a line of PTIC heifers in today’s sale. Also note the delivery period indicated.

An opportunity to purchase our second calving breeders. Moderate cows that present well and will continue to prove profitable for years to come. At assessment 6 calves were treated for pinkeye with Terramycin. They will be sprayed again at delivery.
