Heifers handled well throughout the assessment process. Heifers drafted efficiently throughout backyards prior to weighing, flowing without issue through weigh station. 4 heifers became agitated in weigh station exiting with haste, 3 heifers continued to be alert post assessment. Heifers were accommodating when being maneuvered around on foot for photos & videos in back yard post weighing.

* Part Herd Dispersal * 43 - EU Accredited Vendor bred Euro infused Heifers PTIC to LBW Gates Angus Bulls. Heifers are 2020 to 2022 drop rising 2 - 4 years, presenting in healthy forward store to fresh condition. Sale represents a part herd dispersal of the Euro Cross Cows from the Nuandle Cow Herd, total offering of 230 Females. Vet Preg Tested 2 - 3 months prior to assessment, certificate attached. 33 Heifers (2022 Drop) are Maiden Heifers, Balance have weaned last seasons calves 8 weeks prior to assessment. Note - Heifers are tagged with Management ear tags, colour indicative to year drop/age, except the 2020 drop females tagged with non indicative colour (orange). 5% of heifers were noted to have old blue eye scarring. Due to Fit to load pregnancy standards heifers will be reassessed at delivery. Sale of heifers presents an opportunity to purchase genuine line of vendor bred breeding females to take on & calve down as breeders or explore possible trade options.
