These 15 Heifers & Calves present an excellent opportunity for the purchaser to secure a line of exceptional quality proven young breeders. All Heifers calved from 12 August to 16th September. All were artificially inseminated on November 6 2020 to outstanding young Sire Bongongo Q227 (these calves are the first from this elite Sire who has been retained within the Bongongo program). A Lawson’s Momentous son out of a Bongongo cow with Gatsby, Regent and Ardrossan 241 in her lineage. A high indexing sire 3.9 for BW, 120 600, 12.2 EMA and 4.7 for IMF. Rating in the Top 1 % for IMF, Top 2 % for EMA and Top 7% for claw set so daughters will have excellent feet. (Top 3% for all Indexes). Heifers were backed up to Reiland Millwood M1179: 2.8 BW, 7.8 EMA, 2.4 IMF. A GAR Sure Fire Son out of A Regent/Future Direction Cow. A mob of quiet well bred heifers with outstanding calves that are ready to join to bull of your choice. Calves all marked, vaccinated and individually ear tagged.
