Cows were relaxed and calm whilst handling in the yards and drafting off calves for assessment. 1 cow took exception to being mouthed & became slightly agitated, but settled quickly once returned to the mob.

Assessor Comments
A good quality line of 3 & 4 year old Angus cows & calves, in the prime of their lives, with their 2nd calf on the ground & running continuously with the Angus bull since calving. Cows were Preg-tested (24/5/24) & 4 cows were found to be 3 months back in calf with 5 cows undetectable at the time. These well bred, Cows are of medium to good frame & are presenting in genuine store condition, putting everything into their very even 2nd drop of calves at foot, which are sappy, soft & square. These cows were purchased as yearling heifers & utilised in a breeding operation, & are being offered, along with another line of 6 PTIC (5 months +) ANGUS cows, due to the vendor wanting to streamline operations more towards a backgrounding / feeder set up. Calves have been NLIS tagged, marked & vaccinated at assessment. All calves are sired by the grandson of MILLAH MURRAH KRUZE TIME K400. A great complement to any Angus herd, or a sound opportunity to value-add. Orange dot mothering mark on 2 c&c
