A 4 deck line of station mated Brahman & Charbray X cows joined to Brangus, Charolais & Droughtmaster bulls since arriving in July. Cows are best described as medium to large frame and present in store condition. These cows will have plenty of compensatory gain in them with a 25km walk the day prior to assessment and spending the night in a cooler prior to weighing. At delivery 40 calves will be weaned averaging 170kg with the balance having calves weaned on the 3/10/21. Cows have been drenched with Cattle Max and present the opportunity to do a fatten job over the summer or preg test up and trade on. At assessment 4 x cows noticed with rub marks on neck from flys, 4 x cows with small dog bites, 2 x cows with missing tails & 7 x cows with capped hips. A line of cows that present plenty of options with a rising cattle market.
